COVID-19 Precautions

We have been hard at work cleaning and preparing the boat for the 2020 season. The safety of our guests and staff are our number one priority during this time. We are closely monitoring the CDC and the Governor’s guidelines to ensure we are operating in a safe manner. Our staff will continue to wear face masks and we will require guests to  follow the Governor’s ruling on face masks  in public. We will have hand sanitizer  onboard  for use especially when entering and exiting the boat. We will take extra time before, during and after each cruise to ensure cleanliness.

- We are only offering private tours at this time.

*Until it is safe to do so we will not have coolers or ice available. It will be the responsibility of each guest/ group to provide themselves if they wish to use.

*Cancellations up to 72hrs ahead of time will be honored during this time for either a full refund or can reschedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many drinks can we bring?

A: 36 oz of beer or 18 oz of wine, so a 6 pack to share or a bottle of wine per two people. Please try to bring cans, glass bottles will need to be poured into plastic cups that are provided. No bottles of liquor.

Q: Are there age restrictions?

A: Each guest must be 21 years or older.  We will be checking IDs before boarding the boats so don’t forget!

Q: How many people can fit on the boat?

A: Private cruises can fit up to 15 passengers; 10 pedal stations with additional seating and standing rooms. Public cruises we limit to 14 passengers.

Q: How long is the cruise?

A: Cruise is 1 hour and 45 min.

Q: Can I bring my own food.

A: Yes, you can bring your own food.

Q: Will ice be provided?

A: Yes, ice will be provided in the built in coolers.

Q: Where is pick up/drop off?

A: Pick up/ Drop off for all Saturday and Sunday cruises will be at The Landing and Marina at Station Square unless otherwise advised, request of alternative pick up/drop offs can be requested for other days if available (Convention center, Downtown, North shore). Please call with request or questions.

Q: What happens if it Rains?

A: Cruises are non refundable and we operate rain or shine. If the Coast Guard/ Captain determine the weather is unsafe we will cancel and you will have the option to reschedule or get a refund.

Other things to know!

+Life vests are provided but not required to wear.

+There are no bathrooms on board. Please stop at one of our partner bars before or after the cruise.

+Our boat is inspected by the USCG. Each cruise will have a licensed master captain aboard to help navigate the rivers along with a deckhand. 

Rules:

+Waivers must be signed prior to boarding.

+No jumping or swimming from the boat.

+Drugs are prohibited.

+Must follow the captains rules.
